Keep your design looking its best
Iron-on vinyl: washing
- Wait at least 24–48 hours before the first wash.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Wash in cold water (maximum 30°C).
- Use a gentle wash cycle.
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
- Do not use fabric softener directly on the design.
- Do not tumble dry. Air dry whenever possible.
- Do not iron directly over the design. If needed, turn the garment inside out or use a protective sheet.
Hand washing is recommended for longer-lasting results.
Fabrics we can’t use for iron-on
- Nylon: can melt or become damaged under high heat.
- Silk: delicate and can scorch or discolour.
- Leather and faux leather: can melt, warp or become damaged.
- Vinyl-coated fabrics: may melt under heat.
- Waterproof fabrics: coatings can be damaged by heat.
- Heat-sensitive polyester: can melt or develop shiny marks.
- Lace and delicate fabrics: may burn, stretch or lose their shape.
Permanent vinyl decals
Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash gently and don’t scrub the design.
Removable vinyl
Peels off easily and cleanly from glass, even after a few years. On painted walls, we recommend removing it within a year.
Photo keyrings: sending your photo
- High quality: send an original, clear, high-resolution photo.
- Good lighting: faces and details should be clearly visible.
- Face in the centre, with some space around the head.
- No blurry, dark or pixelated photos, screenshots or heavy filters.
- One photo: send the exact photo you want printed.
