What we collect

When you send an order request or enquiry we collect: your name, email, mobile number, suburb and postcode, delivery preferences, any notes you write, and any files you upload (such as a photo or logo).

Why we collect it

To make and deliver your order, send you a proof and payment details, contact you about your order, and keep records. We don’t sell your information.

How it’s stored

Order details are emailed to the business owner and kept in a private order record on our web hosting. Uploaded files are stored in a protected folder that is not publicly accessible and are deleted after about 90 days. [OWNER TO CONFIRM retention]

Who we share it with

Cookies and analytics
