Orders

When you check out, you pay for your personalised item. We then email you a proof. We start making your item once you approve the proof.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown in the personaliser and cart before you pay. We may correct pricing errors before making an order.

Your content

You are responsible for the text, photos and logos you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline designs that infringe someone else’s rights or that we consider inappropriate.

Proofs and approval

On-screen previews are a guide. Colours may vary slightly between screens and finished items. We make your item as shown in the proof you approve.

Damage during design application

At Avya Krafts, we take great care when preparing and applying designs to ensure the best possible results.

Please note that we do not supply the clothing or other items that designs are applied to. Customers are responsible for providing items in suitable condition and ensuring the material is compatible with the chosen design.

While we take every precaution during application, we cannot guarantee against damage to customer-supplied items. Avya Krafts will not be responsible for damage caused by unsuitable materials, fabric sensitivity, pre-existing defects or incorrect care instructions.

If an item is accidentally damaged due to an error on our part during the application process, please contact us so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.

By providing an item for customisation, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.
